The atmosphere at our Xtreme Gymnastics facility buzzes with positivity and enthusiasm, setting the perfect tone for building strong minds and healthy bodies. Using the latest scientific research to develop our kindergym programs, our approach is based on principles proven to support increased brain function and build personal capacity that ensures future success.
During each kindergym session, your kids will work not only on a key area of loco-motor development, they’ll also acquire a stronger sense of social awareness through exercises that encourage sharing, taking turns, interpersonal courtesy, and directions skills. Our exciting classes give our students an edge as they reenter the schoolroom, compete in extracurricular sports, and move beyond their formative years.
Cruz-n-Crawl
Cruz-n-Crawl is a 30 minute parent participation class. Parents are hands on to assist and encourage their little ones to explore our fun motor development stations throughout the gym. Their brains will be firing at lightning speed while having fun learning to move their bodies.
